Dear Santa…

What do you want for Christmas? Has anyone asked you that yet? I know I’m told I’m “hard to buy for” but like any girl there are things I would always be happy to find waiting under the tree. So if you are stumped for ideas to ask for or to give to one of the women in your life here are some suggestions – and yes my Santa they would all be acceptable!

The list is long with items from under £20 to over £1000 so grab a coffee and indulge:

Christmas gift ideas

Starting with coats, a simply beautiful sheepskin coat from Celtic and Co – complete luxury. For the smaller budget a wrap style coat from Fenn Wright Manson and currently in the sale (other colours available too).

cashmere

Next up cashmere – who doesn’t want a beautiful soft knit to keep them cosy over the festive period. A simple and chic round neck jumper from Pure Collection shown in cherry and winter white but lots of other colours available. I love this pretty Scarf and glovesicon from Brora in seasonal berry. The ultimate luxury of cashmere tightsicon and lounging socks and a stylish waterfall cardigan.

scarves

For those like me who are scarf-a-holics above are some of my favourites. A Christmas list wouldn’t be complete without a bit of Mulberry so the first scarf (top left) would be my perfect gift! Top right from Becksondergaardicon who does some gorgeous scarves. A festive red cashmere snood from Hush. To add a little luxury to a jacket or coat this lovely Mongolian scarf from Pure Collection and finally another one from Hush in a lovely muted animal print

jewellery

On to jewels. I love these gorgeous little stacking rings from Monica Vinader shown top left one on it’s own and three stacked. Also from Monica Vinader a pair of labradorite earrings. Back to rings with this lovely flower cocktail ringicon from Anthropologie. And finally I love a statement necklace and here are two that have caught my eye; from Anthropologie baubles and crystalsicon and from Susan Caplan a stunning vintage necklace with red crystals and pearls.

shoes-and-bags

Shoes and bags – we can never have too many! Top left the perfect evening clutch to add some sparkle to your outfit from LK Bennett and beside it also from LKB gorgeous black velvet shoes with crystal decoration, these would become an evening staple in your wardrobe. You may have noticed I am a little obsessed with berry this season so this Coach shoulder bag would fit right into my wardrobe for when a smaller bag is enough. If you aren’t a traditional UGG boot lover but like the idea of feet wrapped in sheepskin, how about these biker boots from UGG – all the comfort but a little more stylish. And finally these fabulous boots from Ash have been on my wish list all season and are now reduced!

beauty

Finally a few stocking fillers that would always be appreciated. Jo Malone body and hand wash in Lime, Basil and Mandarin and Pomegranate Noir Show me a woman who wouldn’t be delighted with a little black box from Chanel. Two of my favourite nail colours for the party season – Taboo and Dragon – and a classic red lipstick. To touch up makeup on the go a compact is so much more stylish, Estee Lauder do a range every Christmas and would be such a treat to receive. Bobbi Brown Shimmer Bricks have something of a cult following and if you have owned one you will know why – a gorgeous gift at any time of the year. Finally to keep it all organised a cosmetic case set from Lulu Guiness.

So there you have it – I hope you find something here you would like to give or receive.
