Holiday Wardrobe from Phase Eight

I love a wardrobe challenge so I was excited to get a message from Phase Eight asking which 5 pieces I would choose for a dream holiday wardrobe. After spending some time on the site looking at all the pretty summer pieces I chose 5 that would offer lots of versatility in a holiday wardrobe and here they are…

First up a stunning and vibrant Georgette paisley tunic in this season’s must have colour – orange. I’d wear it without it’s detachable camisole as a poolside coverup, or with the camisole and the crop trouser in the evening. The perfect lightweight piece that would look fabulous with golden skin. Shown here for the beach and further down for evening.

Next the Fearne Bengaline crop trouser in white made from cotton and just the right amount of stretch to be comfortable in the heat. Again a good multi tasker worn during the day with a t-shirt and wedges for sightseeing and shopping or with heels in the evening and the tunic or my next piece the silk top.

The Nina silk chiffon top is beautifully soft, lightweight and floaty, I can see myself sitting sipping cocktails on a balmy evening in this top and the crop trousers. If you can’t wear an all white outfit on holiday when can you?

My last piece of clothing is the versatile Billie jersey dress in a gorgeous emerald which Phase Eight have aptly called Lagoon. I wrote an earlier blog on the jersey dress (a red one also from Phase Eight) and this one would work in exactly the same way, for day with wedges, hat and basket, and for evening with silver sandals and the statement necklace that is my final choice.

The right accessories make an outfit so my last piece in this holiday wardrobe is the stunning Silver Bea collar. I’d wear it with the dress, the tunic and the silk top for evenings out as my signature holiday accessory. An easy way to make any outfit stylishly chic.

And here are the pieces put together for the evening:
