Whatever the weather or the occasion I believe cashmere always makes you feel special. If you are building a core capsule collection of clothes for the Spring add at least one piece. Over the last few years cashmere knitwear has become more accessible but like anything there is a huge difference in quality and in this case you do get what you pay for – most of the time. If your budget won’t stretch to several pieces go for one piece you absolutely love at the best quality you can afford.
With the weather set to be cold for the next week here are some of my favourite cashmere buys from Pure Collection and in the sale too!
Brights are going to be big again this summer so this lovely scoop neck cashmere jumper will be good right through spring – there are other colours to choose from too.
I can’t resist a bit of fur and this mongolian fur collared cardigan will keep you snuggly and with £75 off it’s worth every penny.
The perfect weekend casual dress that keeps the chill out too, I’d probably go for this cable dress in the navy or biscuit colour.
This Gassato cashmere cardigan is both versatile and lightweight, so it’s perfect layered now or right into the summer on cooler evenings and comes in a good range of neutrals like fudge (above), black, white and silver.
If you have any money left to indulge in the sales cahsmere is a good purchase as it will last for years to come. Especially if you buy from a brand like Pure Collection who have been in business since 2002 and are the only brand who openly state the specification and quality of their cashmere. When you consider one of their jumpers can take the fibre from eight goats to make (inferior quality jumpers might only take four) they are a really good buy full price too.
I’m really excited to announce that Pure Collection will be joining us at our Capsule Wardrobe event where some of their Spring collection will be included in our capsule demonstration – and I can tell you that the colours are beautiful. Join us and a get a first look.
